What You will be doing

Methodology & Carbon credit schemes
Become an expert of our TÜV certified methodology on regenerative land management
Working closely with the modeling team, and being responsible for the implementation of new carbon projects
Assess project possibilities within the farmer’s context
Lead the implementation process for the Methodology
Automation potential for the entire project documentation is identified and implemented through our Tech infrastructure
Accompany project validation & verification processes
Ensure project documentation completeness and proper registration
Collaborate with Farmer Liaison to provide our farmers with all relevant information related to methodology / validation, verification / annual monitoring

Carbon project quality assurance
Science & Carbon Modelling
Review of scientific documentation (monitoring reports/project documentation)
Be a key point of contact for scientific questions related to our TÜV certified methodology

Technology
Coordinate technical reviews and quality checks
Collaborate with the Tech team on improving monitoring processes

Requirements

Several years of experience in the carbon markets
Scientific writing experience and expertise in carbon markets
Academic background in Geography, Soil Science, Agriculture, Climate or other natural sciences
Strong communicator (English)
Team player – the ability to explain and translate results to other team members with a different background
Positive energy – thriving in a dynamic, demanding environment
You are excited about the potential of carbon markets & regenerative agriculture
You enjoy focused and detail-oriented work, and care highly about precision and high-quality work
